Terms of Service for Barcode Professional
1. Price
All prices for the goods are quoted in Tunisian Dinar (TND) and are as listed on the official Barcode Professional Tunisia website. The Company takes reasonable care to ensure that prices shown are accurate at the time of publishing. If a pricing error is discovered after an order is placed, The Company will contact The Customer to confirm or cancel the order. The Company is not obligated to honor clearly erroneous prices.
2. Payment
Payments must be made in TND via accepted methods including credit/debit cards, cash on delivery (COD), or bank transfer where applicable. Discounts or promotional codes are subject to their individual conditions. Ownership of goods remains with The Company until full payment is received.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to availability. Order confirmation emails do not indicate acceptance. A valid contract is formed when the products are shipped. The Company is not liable for unauthorized access to customer information during transmission.
4. Delivery & Shipping
Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 working days within Tunisia. The Company is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party services or external factors.
5. Passing of Risk
Risk transfers to The Customer upon delivery. The Company is not liable for issues caused by incorrect addresses or uncollected packages. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days with original packaging. Tampered packages should be refused upon delivery.
6. Returns & Refund Policy
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery by emailing care@barcodeprofessional.tn with proof of the issue. If valid, a replacement will be arranged. Refunds are not provided unless a product is unavailable. Replacements are processed within 14 business days.
7. Cancellations
Orders are final once placed. Cancellations are not allowed. If goods are received damaged, The Customer may request an exchange by submitting proof within 7 days. No refunds are given for damaged products.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Tunisian courts.
